Role: Senior Document Controller – Highways
Location: South Wales
Are you a Senior Document Controller with a demonstrable history within the Highways Sector? Are you looking for an opportunity to play a role within a landmark Highways scheme in South Wales?
Then a key role within this Market leading Civil Engineering Contractor could be for you.
Within this newly created position, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Document Controller to join them on a £590m Highways scheme. Within this role, you will maintain the document control process during construction phases through to final completion of the scheme.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the submission of all documents to respective parties
- Assist with the set up of the EDMS at the start of the project
- Ensure adherence to established operating procedures during document submissions
- Evaluate all documents to enable document control.
- Manage work flows and security groups for the project.
Requirements:
- Must have solid experience on large Projects
- Ideal experience with a Tier 1 Contractor
- Solid construction knowledge
- Must have good experience with Feildview Software
