ROLE: SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
LOCATION: North Yorkshire
£55,000 – £75,000 + Package
The Highfield Company have been retained by one of our key clients and market leading structural steel specialist to identify a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Quantity Surveyors will also be considered) for their UK structural steel business.
Management of a commercial team:
- Quantity surveying
- Supply chain management
- Contract administration
- Cost capture and control
- Reporting
- Liaise with the Employers commercial team
- Implement commercial procedures and reporting to ensure compliance with company and contract requirements
- Ensure appropriate commercial records are maintained in line with the contract requirements and oversee any contractual issues.
Required Desired Experience
Degree level education or equivalent with training and qualifications in a related discipline
Experience in NEC / JCT Contracts
Experience in the Steel / Metal industry is essential
Experience of managing a medium size team
* Senior Quantity surveyor or Managing Quantity Surveyor or Estimating Manager
